VIN Scratch Car Changes

Currently we're only allowed 1 VIN scratch per person (I believe). This is irrelevant of whether this is a car/bike VIN scratch and we currently have no way to sell the vehicle. The current process for people getting rid of a VIN scratch is to either continuously use it in crime until PD catch on that it's scratch and crush it or people have LITERALLY been dropping them off at PD for them to crush. This makes zero RP sense for this to be done and for the scratches not to be able to be sold/traded. I'm not sure if there are any plans in place to make changes to the current system but if there isn't, then I suggest... Being able to sell scratches first and foremost, even if this is only for SVC and it has a % cap on how much you can make a profit (I don't think a cap needs to be put on a loss because we should have the freedom to give the scratch away to a friend if we want to!) Have a black market type app specifically for vin scratches where people can buy/sell vehicles for SVC. I think owning 2-3 would be perfect. It will make people be more open with their choices of scratch vehicles, and potentially pick something that they wouldn't usually because they have more options/space available. Feel free to add to this and comment any suggestions

Change to note cleaning

This change is to maintain morale of crims in the city, bring life to the city so people arent just driving their own vehicles and allow more avenues to clean money. 1. Cargo should be similar to digiden coupon guy where he changes every storm but has a static 5-8 spots. 2. Allow loose notes to be cleaned through some local jobs but at a slower rate. 5 notes a drop off etc. Pizza delivery job, paper boy, stocking, the UPS type dude. This I think is extremely valuable in many ways because not only will it give more avenues to clean money and wont effect crims to a deep degree but also make the city more "alive" by having people drive more vehicles around the city instead of their personal cars. Reason: Cargo is currently the only way to clean money. Traphouses are not balanced and thats why they arent used. There use to be Vicodin and Xanax runs which made the city seem more alive with different cars driving around whereas cargo just has a van. Currently Cargo is only at 1 spot and was recently shutdown 4 hours after coming back after 8 days of being gone. If there were other ways to clean then criminals wouldnt starve as much and its at a point where its effecting crims to where its effecting cops.

Gang tax locations

Gangs should not be able to tax/have territory on major game mechanics like the money vans/pawn shop runs things like that where everyone has to go to make money. In my opinion I just think spots like that should be off limits for gangs since a lot of jobs give you loose notes or stacks/rolls of cash. I personally don’t think it is realistic for a gang to be able to taxi everyone in the city that does a money run just because they have their territory where the money van spot is. There is a gang that has their territory right on top of the money van spot and on multiple occasions I have seen them try to go up to a group of 3-4 people solo and try to either get them to pay taxes and or rob them. I have also seen this gang stop money vans out in the city to rob/tax them. I don’t think this spot should be able to be taxed let alone be gang territory since it is such a big game mechanic.

Queue system rework

I would like to suggest a way for people to join queue without having FiveM open. Reason for this suggestion is that when you get stuck in queue you are stuck doing nothing. Some computers might be able to handle running other games but most of the people who play don't. With this people could still play other games and be in queue at the same time. Some other servers have it trough a webpage you join trough, this could be implemented in different ways but the goal is to not have FiveM open when being in queue.

Current situation with drug selling

Trying to sell drugs now is so long after this update, takes way to much time to make any sort of decent money, the animation and interaction is amazing, don't get me wrong, but in 30 minutes I barely made 2000 with 8 normal sales, driving a taxi around makes more money than risking your ass getting caught, imagine having 1000 meth bags to sell this way to make money... and they instantly agro you if you screw it up, now theres just piles of corpses in selling areas and it feels like an absolute grind/chore to just sell it up, might be more fun yes, but the amount of profit you can make is an absolute downfall, talked with 4 groups and all of them are just saying that its simply not worth doing anymore, other tasks simply get you a bigger profit comparing time / effort that you have to put in... plus selling a singular bag after a long time when you still have over 100 in your pockets is super demotivating, something would need to change, not sure what, but something has to. a concerned meth seller :(

Home Cooking

We are always going out for food; out to Soochi's out to Blackwood's. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to do some home cooking for once? My idea is to bring the Realism of grocery shopping into RP in a Immersive and fun way! From going to the store to grab your ingredients list for the food you want to make. To cooking at home using different minigames to give you a challenge and build up your cooking experience. invite people round to your house and cook them an amazing 5 course meal the opportunities are endless. I believe this will bring a lot of people joy and create a bunch of great, fun and immersive RP that I personally would absolutely love and I'm sure many others would too. [How it Might Work] Go to the grocery store and collect your ingredients for a specific dish(s) you would like to create. Drive home with your groceries and get inside the Kitchen. Remember to get your cold items in the refrigerator fast or they might go bad. Get cooking your desired meals at home and show of your skills to your friends using different levels of minigames based on the complexity of the dish. I think this could be really cool and I hope you guys could do some magic and make this a reality. Thank you and please upvote this if you also would like this to be a thing :) Arty McFly

Custom Liveries

At this current moment, custom liveries are a free for all. What I mean is anyone can go to any shop in the server and get any livery applied to their car, custom or not. As someone who owns one of these liveries, you’d then need to go to the mechanic shops and request that they don’t apply said liveries to cars unless its yours/ someone whom you’ve given permission to. For some reason though, Echo has rules for to this situation, but it pertains to gang clothing, etc. “You may not use gang specific clothing, flags, or liveries that you would not realistically be able to acquire unless they have been obtained through roleplay.” How is it that someone is able to “obtain” a custom livery that isn’t for them? After all, the liveries aren’t cheap, and the person acquiring the livery is the one designing it (or having it designed) for themselves, so why is it left out. Just an example of what I mean: Every No Sanity Garage livery that exists in Echo, Every VCB livery that exists in Echo. Both these livery designs are for a racing crew/s within the racing scene. They represent the crew/s seeing as we don’t have clothing, flags, sprays, and aren’t allowed to “claim turf” or be “recognized” by the city. On top of all of that, we’re the ones laying the money out to have the liveries brought into the server, and everyone else just uses it at our expense. Just deal with it IC You simply can’t. Because it’s not an Echo RP rule, the most someone can do is ask for them to take it off, which results in a shootout because ego gunplay. Having no ground to stand on either when it gets confrontation is awkward because 10/10, its some gang-banger that truly doesn’t care and won’t change anything because again, it isn’t something that’s required or enforced. All that’s being asked is that a rule be implemented to protect all these liveries. Its a QOL thing, as well from a realistic standpoint. Nobody should have to chase around the server to find someone using their livery that they paid for.

W Cops from Command.

The application to apply for PD states “do you understand that this is a video game simulation of real life where the common goal is to have fun, enjoy amazing Roleplay experiences with other members of our community, provide content and always try to bring a positive OOC attitude?” After waiting 3 hours for this job to pop. The bank job is fucked from the start, the cops know this since it’s been explained multiple times. We had to get all of the bank robbers towards the bank truck because it was scuffed in general. We couldn’t get the bank truck doors open, we couldn’t get the bank drill truck open because it was locked the whole time. I told the Police Officers meanwhile this was happening since we had to move the bank truck to the drill van. We went to Little Soul and they originally said we were allowed to leave because there were too many calls at the time, all of a sudden Air 1, 2 Bikes and 4 units came out of nowhere which is completely normal. Some of the officers were acting off orders from higher ups which it what is it is. But the fact that the Officer was not willing to let us have no moto which or even have moto drive through first person because our original plan got fucked because of the Bank Truck being scuffed in general, Most of the Officers were more confused why the commanding officer wasn’t giving letting us have the demand, He called off from the situation because he was angry that everyone wasn’t agreeing with him and left. We got the money into my pockets. After leaving we got into the truck within 2 minutes of being in a chase, we got fucked by a local and flipped, (This vehicle was not what we wanted to be in because it wasn’t the original plan from what I said earlier, The guy who was in the truck was supposed to be on a swap but he was there because the bank truck was scuffed but he’s the only one who could get it working since he made the door fall off and it suddenly started working) they instantly went in for the arrest because they were commanded to. The cadets even think what happened was fucked The Hostage made bullshit up saying we were involved with some shooting in the area, They weren’t giving us the chance for that and acting off someone’s word of mouth instead of evidence to claim it. Result: I’m not asking for the chase to be handed to us on a plate, I’m asking for fairness. Especially when something isn’t our fault. If command are doing this what are the cadets going to learn, especially when you preach from the first sentence I quoted from the application. I’ve also tried to report these situations in-game I’ve not heard 1 thing back from ANY of my complaints. (I’ve made multiple) Out Of Character, these cops KNOW the bank truck is normally fucked so why take it out on us when we didn’t ask to be in that situation of it being fucked. If Cops complained about us doing something fucked there would be new rules in place to change this. Hopefully something of the sort can change for us.

Rework No knock Warrants

No knock warrants should be reworked as of late ive seen from both the PD and crim side providing little to no RP after the investigation phase. It almsot feels like every raid is a no knock at this point. this leads to a lot of hostility between PD and Crims as they are getting wiped of progress for an event that happened 2 weeks ago and leaving them Little to no chance to respond. it turns into PD standing around for an hour wishing for something to happen and it boils down into crims waking up and immediatly being faced with the fact that because they took a night off they had no way of stopping it. A fix I can see for this is allowing pd to Lock down a property preventing crims from removing items and allowing the crims to understand they are getting raided. Maybe lock down the property for 1-2 days and then commence with the raid. Would this make the most "Sense" realistically probably not but this keeps the integrity of the raid on PDs side alive and helps the crims grasp whats happening. No one wants to get offlined Not all raids end in a shootout

Air 1 Powergaming Rule

Suggestion Description: I’m sure we’ve all been on jobs where Air 1 pilots have made the decision to try and touch the moon during chases. This makes it so that Air 1 can’t be seen by the people trying to getaway drive, but Air 1 can see you the whole time. I think it's more than fair that this should not be allowed, as there’s little to no reason why Air 1 pilots should be doing this in the first place. It ruins a ton of interactions, and it leads to raids that should never have occurred as we can’t see the helicopter. This just shouldn’t be something that people do, but unfortunately it is. Reason: The reason a rule like this should be added is simply for everyone’s enjoyment, so that we don’t have to worry about if we’ve lost air 1 or if we haven’t.

Group House Robberies

Description: Possibly change house robbery payouts based on the number of people in the Linkup group. Reason: Robbing a house with others is a very fun RP experience especially when the cops are involved. However, with how payouts work right now its is basically the same solo payout divided by two or three. This makes robbing a house with others not worth the time and risk in case cops show up because the payout is very low. With how it works right now, a group of two or three people would rather want to each hit a house alone to make some money because hitting a house together basically eliminates the profit. I believe that solo payouts should remain the same, then doubled for 2 people and tripled for three, and that would depend on the number of people in the actual linkup app. For example, every lootable spot in the house would be lootable two or three times based on the number of members. Obviously the lootable spot would only be looted once per each player. That way, all players can make the same profit they do from robbing a house solo but in a way better way that provides good RP scenarios.

It would be an amazing quality of life addition to have a calendar app for the phone where we could make reminders of something on a specific day and time and being able to add a title for the reminder. There are so many events going on that people would like to attend and its hard to keep track if you dont make a note in the notes app, but that looks like a jumbled mess if theres a lot of events (also considering that the notes app doesnt retain formatting). This would be super nice to have something similar to the iphone calendar app

Grave Robbing

I've only ever seen "Grave Robbing" in one other server. I feel it's an appropriate time of year to consider this small criminal activity. Not only is it fun to do but it matches the spooky season vibes. First you would purchase a shovel from a tool store. Then you will find the "Grave Keeper." He will then give you a location and specific grave to dig at. Once you arrive with your shovel, you can dig your grave. What you receive can vary from a ring, necklace, bracelet, or gem the relative was buried with, you can then pawn to a shop or player owned shop. If the grave is no good you could receive bones, walker/cane, or shoes from the relative.

Make Vangies great again

Bring some life to Vangie's. Here's a slight change that can be brought to vangies so it's hit again and those with the power to make thermite can get more roleplay with their benefits. Vangies Changes 1. Only hittable at night 2. Require one thermite on the door 3. Remove Laser hack BUT lasers will turn on at X amount of time to encourage 4 people to get the entire loot. Example: If it takes 3 people (1 guy on the job has to hold the hostage) to smash the cases 8 mins then the lasers will turn on 8 mins and 30 seconds upon completion of the thermite. This is to encourage 4 people for the job. 3. Alternative. Upon completion of thermite, lasers will activate in 3 mins unless completion of current laser hack. Once completion of thermite hack, it will reactivate in 8 mins 30 seconds. **Additional** 4. Take Vangies off Linkup and have the cooldown 1 to 2 hour cooldown. You know Vangies can be hit by checking the door at night. If the door is locked then you can hit it. 5. Keep current Vangies payout the same Reasons: - Current payout for Vangies is extremely low, the laser hack + thermite hack makes Vangies a more difficult hack than a Fleeca and the time it takes to run big pawn + cargo makes Vangies not worth it to be hit and is the reason no one does Vangies anymore. - Currently only specific gangs can make thermite so if you are not in a gang or not "one" of the gangs with that ability then you are forced to buy the thermite. If you do however buy the thermite and successfully get away, you make -$8,000. - Taking it off linkup app and making it have a set number of required cops available (or cops not on calls like linkup app does) brings a different type of conflict RP and gives criminals looking to do their first low tier heist. - Currently during main storm, if you do not fly in at the start of storm, you are very unlikely to be able to queue for heist as the queues get placed on hold and full of people so this change to Vangies will give crims a new avenue of hitting a job without queues to a fair first come first serve system. - This will bring more roleplay to the gangs that have the ability to make thermite as the value of thermite now increases

PD & RACING SIMS

I want to suggest removing racing sims from PD training. Here’s why: I get that cops need practice tools, and that's totally fine. But the issue is that PD has been using the racing app to show up at races and get info about them through the app. Also, cops have been using the racing sims to practice, but they’re basically just racing around with lights on to get the best times. Basically just racing but with fancy lights. I just don’t see why PD should have access to these sims if they’re meant for people to race. PD should have their own system or make the SIM check if its a cop using it and make it a “Cop Version” where only cops can join and see information.

Part time civ jobs don’t matter— but they can and should.

Currently in Echo, there is no incentive or reason to do any part time job other than to earn money from an NPC. Naturally, people equate these jobs to grinding for cash rather than roleplay until they pick up a full time civ job or crime. These civilian jobs should have merits or perks for doing them and should have consequences for the city if no one does them, thus making them an integral part of the city’s economy. Examples: Fish, meat, and produce from fishing, hunting, and farming should fuel the restaurant industry. Civs should be selling these goods to restaurants to elicit roleplay and give the job purpose. 24/7 job should fuel convenience stores. Towing and scrapping vehicles should help fuel the auto repair industry. The jewelry store should not be able to be robbed unless people are mining enough gold, diamonds, etc., to produce jewelry for the city. Lights in businesses should flicker or shut off if people aren’t ever doing electrical. These changes not only make part time jobs and civ life feel more impactful and necessary to the health of the city, but also promotes participation in these jobs and elicits roleplay rather than all part time jobs involving grinding and/or selling things to an NPC. If these jobs aren’t being done by anyone there should absolutely be consequences for the city. If the jobs still aren’t being done beyond that then I’m sure there would be RP created around doing them. If they still aren’t being done they clearly need to be buffed!

Clothes in a duffel bag

I've seen in a few other servers the ability to place a duffel bag on the ground and "pull out" a new change of clothes. This would be helpful for a multitude of things. First and foremost, photoshoots. As someone who loves to have photos done in city, and many at a time, it would be amazing to be able to bring some spare clothes rather than driving to and from the clothing store. Seeing as there is a ponytail holder that allows you to change your hairstyle, it would be cool to then have an ability to change your outfit. It would be limited so you can only have a handful of outfits rather than your entire wardrobe so that it would encourage you to still go to the clothing store. It could be accessible to other when placed on the ground so that you could bring "spare" clothes for a friend. Say you're meeting somewhere, or a person is running late to an event with no time to change, you could offer them a change of clothes from your bag. If there is an objection due to "changing clothes during a police chase, etc." maybe the counter to that could be while actively doing a linkup job you are unable to access your duffel bag. But if there is no objection to that, I do think it might be a neat idea to be able to change outfits during a scene. A lot of times criminals will take their clothes off entirely, I don't feel this is much different. I imagine there's a lot to take into consideration with this, but I just thought it could be a fun little feature. If nothing else, it would be amazing to be able to change clothes on the go for photoshoots.

To Grind or Not to Grind: The Post-Wipe Apocalypse

I think one of the biggest issues both the staff and the players have been feeling is the pay. Flawws said he wanted a server without grinding, but instead, he turned the city into a grind-mindset server. Since the wipe, the companies of EchoRP have no freedom whatsoever. Their pricing is dictated, as well as commission, etc. Any place that isn't a Government run facility or the casino is being screwed. The business committee has been ignoring the cries of the business workers, owners and even the citizens. For example, Mecca is the heart of Mech Shops, which makes it a crucial business in EchoRP's day to day function. Without Mecca, Mech shops pricing will double and thus; Citizens won't be able to afford the already expensive internals. For a regular post-wipe Benny's order (which is roughly ~3500 material), it will take 5-6 of us 3-4 hours to make that ONE order. Aside from scrap trucks and crew cab, we have no other storage than one singular storage holding 5000 (=2500 mats). Why is it fair that workers at Mecca have to grind for HOURS just so the business can barely stay afloat, while Casino Workers make over 500$ a tick. Going to the casino problem; Having Sass/Astrid own the casino is honestly the smartest play Flawws and the rest of the team could've made. Having such a powerful business under the care of the Sr. Admin was the smartest and safest move. But what most people don't understand is why half the casino roster are "dangerous felons"/Triads. The casino refused felons (minus Triads) and only hired a select few people who did not already have close connections with Astrid, Kylo or the Triads. And thats not even the main concern; Casino workers shouldn't be making $500+ a tick for just sitting there, staring at people, and taking peoples money to get "VIP" to the front of the wheel. People who work at a casino as security shouldn't be making as much as someone high up in PD or in any other gov. job. The 26+ employees at the casino are insanely rich at this point, and if Flawws is so concerned about the economy, he should be looking there first. We know why people in PD, EMS, DOJ, etc make so much money. But people who sit in the cells shouldn't be making over $1000 a tick while other businesses get fucked. If one side of the pond can make it, they shouldn't ruin the server for the other businesses who want to have fun, make some money, and overall: Roleplay. Because at the end of the day, its a RP server, and it shouldn't feel like a chore to wake up in EchoRP just to work.

A give item option with the third eye.

This option would pop up when you third eye somebody and would say “give item or items”. Once you click this on the player you selected, it will open your inventory, and on the right will be a blank inventory, which you can drag items into to give to the other player. Once you press escape, you will see a handoff motion done through an emote automatically. Reason. It is very often that the players will place stuff on the ground, in trunks, or in glove box to hand to another player a item. This would allow for a more immersive interaction between players when giving items and possibly create role-play opportunities, that may have not existed before without going into detail I will let your imagination run.

Please revert the recent house changes & heres ideas on how to encourage group activities

Revert the recent house changes and heres a few ideas to solve the problem it seems you guys are trying to solve. From my understand from the conversation in feedback, the changes were made to "encourage more people to do things as a group". Why revert? 1. Most criminals are not in favor of this 2. Solo crime is already pretty bland as is. House robberies brought back a lot of criminals and felt very rewarding for completing a hack 3. The tier 3 and above hacks are difficult enough 4. Most criminals already did this as a group. Only a small percentage of those able to complete the hack ran this solo 5. Payouts of houses are very small and doesnt effect the economy from hitting houses solo 6. Hitting houses solo doesnt effect anyone in the city If we want to encourage more group activities with houses I think putting a stop to solo is the wrong direction and creating an extra incentive for doing it with more people. Similar to how Hunting and fishing works or other legal jobs. The more people, the better pay. Ideas. 1. Create higher payouts for groups if two or more people are in the house (Not just in linkup app so people cant abuse it) 2. Make the 4th tier and create 5-6 tiers and make them 2+ requirement in linkup app and add value to this for encouragement to do it 3. Can add a cash payout once house is completed if done with a group 4. Instead of having the alarm go off 1 min in. Make it 5-10 mins RNG. This is encourage people to want to clean the house quicker and still allow solo house robberies Crime has gotten much better recently but is still very low. Drug selling is extremely low, chopping is great but if you take houses away, the only solo thing now that feels rewarding and fun is chopping and it gets old quick. House robberies being solo was a MAJOR W for people in the community and its balanced very well at its current point. While you may have outliers hitting houses all day. To make changes based off the 1% which ruins the 99% sometimes just a good move in my opinion and this is one of them. Please <3</p>

Mask / Blindfold you can place on another player.

Old suggestion I am reposting as it may have got lost, had a decent amount of support. https://i.imgur.com/LSytlGZ.png Suggestion: [Add to the sex shop or one of the other stores a bag or some type of mask that you can place over someone's head and it blurs the vision or makes it really dark. "have a skill check when its being placed on you" "Third eye by someone to remove bag/mask"] Type: [ Crime, RP, Quality of Life, etc] Reason: I don't get kidnapped very often but for the people who do role play in depth when it comes to kidnapping someone to quote on quote torture them or to take them somewhere to question them or get revenge for something I think it would be really cool to have a mask that you could purchase somewhere for a decent price that way when you kidnap somebody you can place a mask that would blur their vision and or make it dark to where they can't see what is going on around them or where they are going. Cause: I think it would add a cool aspect to people who go in-depth with kidnapping somebody to ask them questions or certain types of role play scenarios. Understandably with anything I know people would be trolls with it but that comes with any feature you add to a roleplay server I think the benefits would outweigh the negatives and with the right mechanics and skill checks and whatnot it could be a fun cool feature add to Server.

Suggestion: Who Watches The COC-men

Suggestion: Turn the COC, which seems to act as a government body by being able to fine individual people for violating their rules (pop-up events, etc) and dictating what happens with every business in town, into an actual government body with elected officials. • I feel it should be an elected position, voted on by the people. • The positions could be held for 2 months (or whatever time might be decided on). • Businesses could get a vote that counts more (such as Bike's R Us, the business, could have 3 or 4 votes count towards who the business itself wants in office, but, the business owners as people would be just their personal one vote). Reason: • As it stands, the COC seems like an awful idea. It feels very clique-y. Everyone that gets hired seemed buddy-buddy with eachother through RP or OOC means (server staff). • Decisions are made from those in the COC (understandable), some already involved in businesses - and to think that there's no bias in these decisions is silly (example could be, a person in COC blocking an idea or potential move of a business simply because it might encroach on the business owned by the COC member, or they just have some sort of grudge against the business owner) • If the person voted in pisses off the businesses, this all could provide good RP, potential legal RP and so on. • Potentially open up the idea of voting in other government officials Furthermore: I feel the server staff should also step in when decisions stand to hurt the server health as a whole (in terms of spreading out the RP). I've recently made another post regarding revitalizing the North, and the next day one of the vital businesses that spread foot traffic and RP to other parts of this massive map - is being moved into Los Santos. A good chunk of the server is in Los Santos, 1/3rd of the entire state. Crime and Businesses, etc. Now, the only unique businesses/service in the North are Bike's R Us (bikes) and Culture Shock (stancing). What I mean by this is, if someone wants food, they have a whole slew of options in Los Santos, so, places like Pops or Blackwoods are not vital or unique businesses in this context. As well as crime, all of the chop spots are in LS as far as I know & there are no robbable houses in the North. Cargo was in the North, and I really have no idea how that functions, but, spread it out more. Give more drop spots around the state. I figure there's reasons behind smaller crime not being up North, but, I also feel those same reasons just feed into the what I see as the issue of having everything focused on Los Santos. Give smaller crime a shot in the North, and see if things adjust. Finally: I really feel like I could be shooting myself in the foot here, and after being a part of the community since 2020... it's a scary thought. But, I also feel like I can't just continue to sit by and bite my tongue. I would hope this is not viewed as a personal attack at anyone IC or OOC who are in the COC. I'm simply frustrated by the power given to the entitiy as a whole and how it seems to affect a decent amount of the player-base. This is coming from someone who does not own a business IC, or have any real stake in the business area. I'm just simply observing actions and decisions and talking to people about it, and feel the need to express the opinion and idea here.

Stop Punishing Criminals for Wanting to Roleplay.

Stop punishing roleplayers for wanting to roleplay in criminal situations. Problem: A person gets a lawyer, wants to fight their case. Waits 30 minutes for a lawyer, because only one is on duty - not the lawyers fault Waits an additional 1 Hour 30 Minutes for SAO/PDO to decide if it's a trial or a bench trial. Get told its a trial, not allowed a bench trial. Plea not guilty. Be forced to full time, full fine in prison - to add to the 2.5 hours of zero roleplay already experienced. Solution Start a timer from the moment a lawyer begins speaking to the suspect, or when the suspect asks for a lawyer (if none available) The timer stops when the suspect pleads. Deduct that time from the sentence. Stop punishing people for wanting to roleplay with lawyers. There aren't enough lawyers. The reason nobody plays a lawyer? Because lawyers can't do shit. You have cops/SAO who want to railroad every crim into a jailcell for the longest time possible, under the misdirection that "Their SOP's require them to do so". Echo will see more Lawyers, more courtroom RP and less hatred towards police, if they're actually allowed to roleplay situations like this. If they've served time. They've served time. Peroid. I'd provide 2.5 hours of footage of my crim character sitting in the cells staring at a wall whilst everyone else roleplays around him, but that'd be as boring for anyone watching the video, as it would for me as the roleplayer. This comes from someone who MAINS a cop and alts a crim. It sucks. Really - it's awful.

Bring back G6 with Pistols

G6 should be implemented back into the city and still provide the same crime materials (no meta here) but also all pistols IE: Heavy Pistols, Deagles, Glocks, SPs, FN's, etc. Right now G6's aren't able to be hit which makes certain crime items in the city completely useless and takes away from heist progression. On top of that certain heists require items from G6 to hit which also makes them unavailable too right now. Also with such a limited Gun Plug supply right now and it would be an amazing way for criminals that have made their way up the Job ladder to get access to higher-tier pistols.

some TLC for gangs

Just thinking of some cool ways we can give gangs more of a stake in the server. Right now a lot of them don’t feel valued and feeling like everything is getting super stale. At this point some gangs have been around for 2 years most 1. It’s absolutely crazy they have to pay 80 dollars for liveries in the server. They’ve obviously showed the server they are commited to playing and would be a great addition to helping cement them in the server. A more depth turf system where gangs can attack and defend. To expand turf and control larger portions of the city. Rework thermite and other job materials to be locked behind gangs. now hold on before you go crazy at the idea most servers gangs have benches and the economy runs fine. Echo gangs just have access to buying guns that are bought out of thin air. There is NO material economy aside from mechanic shops. Change thermite so gangs can make it and you’ll see a booming economy to buy the mats and the RP interaction between would increase 10 fold. I honestly think the same should be done with guns instead of gangs “Buying” guns they should just be able to craft the same amount they’d get from the gun plug. It would make legal civs have more of a stake in the city as they can sell the materials to make these. It would also be nice to see gangs get some unique stuff to themselves like triads oolong tea and the laptops more. I get they have to show substantial RP towards it but rn everyone is doing meth and fleecas as the main way and all of them want to be centralized around it because there isn’t enough to do. Thank you for listening I love echo RP and just want it to flourish

Add a second hospital in Sandy or Paleto

Suggestion Description Add a second hospital to the map, in either Sandy Shores or Paleto Bay. Reason One of the key reasons the Northern part of the map is under utilized and rarely sees any traffic is that if you go down, you are forced to travel all the way back to Pillbox Medical for treatment. If you go down while in Paleto or Sandy or the surrounding areas, you need EMS/PD/a friend or if you're extremely lucky a random passer-by to stop what they're doing and drive all the way to you and then back to the city which can be an extremely lengthy process and disruptive to whatever RP was already going on. It's a deceptively long trip, to the point where EMS or PD will even bring out helicopters to airlift people back to the hospital because its such an unpleasant experience shuttling people back and forth. By having a hospital in the Northern part of the map that problem is entirely alleviated. As far as staffing - EMS could choose to staff either site or both sites if they have an influx of numbers. Or if the desire is to only staff a single hospital, a second set of staff could be recruited for it (similar to how PD have multiple departments). If there are insufficient EMS to staff both at the time (maybe multiple injured at both sites and only a handful of EMS available), then the Northern one could just use the local doctor for check-in / treatment. I think if there is a serious desire to improve RP in the north (which there seems to be with all the businesses popping up there) having a hospital is a key stepping stone to making that a reality, no one wants to spend 10-15 minutes getting there just to go down and spend another 40 minutes getting transported/treated/transported back. Additional Context I've gone down up North to some legitimate things and then some random stuff (getting hit by a local who's going nuts on Great Ocean HWY or falling off a BMX and dying) and every time the worst part is having to drive all the way back to the city, get treated and then drive all the way back. There are multiple police stations, car rentals, mechanic shops, gas stations, 24/7s and restaurants around the map with a lot of them up north to fulfil convenience and stop people from having to trek back and forth to the city - it makes sense for medical services to be added to that list as well.
