BolingBrook Medical

Im putting this as medium as i feel its needed but isnt fully critical? but might be. so at the moment bolingbrook medical is only avilabe through locked doors on which you can only get too if doc are on duty, what i maybe suggest is putting Dr. bob on the other side of the wall hes at at the moment(yes you can go locally for the same price but that requires you to be down down what if your feeling half healthy and want to get treatment?), and the stairs going up to the middle section rather than them being open them having some sort of fence blocking them, leaving the outer door open so it would look like this (forgot to lable the red dot is the current dr bob)
