Rework No knock Warrants

No knock warrants should be reworked as of late ive seen from both the PD and crim side providing little to no RP after the investigation phase. It almsot feels like every raid is a no knock at this point. this leads to a lot of hostility between PD and Crims as they are getting wiped of progress for an event that happened 2 weeks ago and leaving them Little to no chance to respond. it turns into PD standing around for an hour wishing for something to happen and it boils down into crims waking up and immediatly being faced with the fact that because they took a night off they had no way of stopping it.

A fix I can see for this is allowing pd to Lock down a property preventing crims from removing items and allowing the crims to understand they are getting raided. Maybe lock down the property for 1-2 days and then commence with the raid. Would this make the most "Sense" realistically probably not but this keeps the integrity of the raid on PDs side alive and helps the crims grasp whats happening.
