Clothes in a duffel bag
I've seen in a few other servers the ability to place a duffel bag on the ground and "pull out" a new change of clothes. This would be helpful for a multitude of things.
First and foremost, photoshoots. As someone who loves to have photos done in city, and many at a time, it would be amazing to be able to bring some spare clothes rather than driving to and from the clothing store.
Seeing as there is a ponytail holder that allows you to change your hairstyle, it would be cool to then have an ability to change your outfit.
It would be limited so you can only have a handful of outfits rather than your entire wardrobe so that it would encourage you to still go to the clothing store.
It could be accessible to other when placed on the ground so that you could bring "spare" clothes for a friend. Say you're meeting somewhere, or a person is running late to an event with no time to change, you could offer them a change of clothes from your bag.
If there is an objection due to "changing clothes during a police chase, etc." maybe the counter to that could be while actively doing a linkup job you are unable to access your duffel bag. But if there is no objection to that, I do think it might be a neat idea to be able to change outfits during a scene. A lot of times criminals will take their clothes off entirely, I don't feel this is much different.
I imagine there's a lot to take into consideration with this, but I just thought it could be a fun little feature. If nothing else, it would be amazing to be able to change clothes on the go for photoshoots.

Wait! There is a hair tie that you can keep with you to change your hair!?
I agree with this though, I love taking pictures but I don’t want all of them in one outfit!

I think this would be great, but yeah my only concern would be crims using it to avoid being ID'd on the spot.

I've also been in servers where this is a thing too and each piece of clothing is an item you could put in your pocket and change by using it thus you could pack them into backpacks and duffels. But this was always abused. Crims would go hide in a bush or rounds a corner and change quick and "Different outfit, you can't ID me" would their defense.
Would be cool for civilians to change outfits in a pinch or this could even create roleplay for fashion designers or people you pay to create outfit packs for people though. Seen a lot of quality rp on the civ side with this

You can always make it to where you cannot
access the bag while inside a car //
make the length of time it takes to change clothes take longer. Say it took 1 minute for the loading bar. It would be convenient for legal use because its still better than driving to a store, but not easily abused.

Not a bad idea but I do feel like this could be pretty heavily abused causing issues with Cop and Crim RP as I feel like a chunk of crims will hide briefly mid interaction just to get changed then pull the whole "it's a diff outfit so you can't confirm it's me who did the crime" especially since there are a multitude of scenarios that could happen that do not require linkup
I fully agree this would be a really nice addition for photographers to have access to though!

Thus the suggestions of how to counter it. I feel like there's certainly a way to go about it without it being an issue. However, as I mentioned, the ponytail holder and removing your clothes are already enough to alter your appearance significantly. There are so many excuses you could give as to why your clothes are off, not to mention changing your hairstyle would add to that.
Perhaps your chase ends in Rockford Hills near some nice houses. As females, we could easily remove our clothing which then looks like a bathing suit, put our hair up in a ponytail, and jump in someone's pool or something. Now "you're just swimming", ya know?
There's also the matter of cops and crims being tired of the same old thing. Run from the scene, bike swap, red garage jump, repeat. It's no fun and brings no RP. However, most players, given the chance, would be able to create some genuinely good RP with the duffel bag.
I don't feel like it should be accessible to *only* photographers though, it seems a little unfair. I think it should be an all-or-nothing.
