Please revert the recent house changes & heres ideas on how to encourage group activities

Revert the recent house changes and heres a few ideas to solve the problem it seems you guys are trying to solve.

From my understand from the conversation in feedback, the changes were made to "encourage more people to do things as a group".

Why revert?

1. Most criminals are not in favor of this
2. Solo crime is already pretty bland as is. House robberies brought back a lot of criminals and felt very rewarding for completing a hack
3. The tier 3 and above hacks are difficult enough
4. Most criminals already did this as a group. Only a small percentage of those able to complete the hack ran this solo
5. Payouts of houses are very small and doesnt effect the economy from hitting houses solo
6. Hitting houses solo doesnt effect anyone in the city

If we want to encourage more group activities with houses I think putting a stop to solo is the wrong direction and creating an extra incentive for doing it with more people. Similar to how Hunting and fishing works or other legal jobs. The more people, the better pay.

Ideas.

1. Create higher payouts for groups if two or more people are in the house (Not just in linkup app so people cant abuse it)
2. Make the 4th tier and create 5-6 tiers and make them 2+ requirement in linkup app and add value to this for encouragement to do it
3. Can add a cash payout once house is completed if done with a group
4. Instead of having the alarm go off 1 min in. Make it 5-10 mins RNG. This is encourage people to want to clean the house quicker and still allow solo house robberies

Crime has gotten much better recently but is still very low. Drug selling is extremely low, chopping is great but if you take houses away, the only solo thing now that feels rewarding and fun is chopping and it gets old quick.

House robberies being solo was a MAJOR W for people in the community and its balanced very well at its current point. While you may have outliers hitting houses all day. To make changes based off the 1% which ruins the 99% sometimes just a good move in my opinion and this is one of them.
