A give item option with the third eye.

This option would pop up when you

third eye somebody and would say “give item or items”. Once you click this on the player you selected, it will open your inventory, and on the right will be a blank inventory, which you can drag items into to give to the other player. Once you press escape, you will see a handoff motion done through an emote automatically.

Reason.

It is very often that the players will place stuff on the ground, in trunks, or in glove box to hand to another player a item. This would allow for a more immersive interaction between players when giving items and possibly create role-play opportunities, that may have not existed before without going into detail I will let your imagination run.
