W Cops from Command.
The application to apply for PD states

The bank job is fucked from the start, the cops know this since it’s been explained multiple times. We had to get all of the bank robbers towards the bank truck because it was scuffed in general. We couldn’t get the bank truck doors open, we couldn’t get the bank drill truck open because it was locked the whole time. I told the Police Officers meanwhile this was happening since we had to move the bank truck to the drill van. We went to Little Soul and they originally said we were allowed to leave because there were too many calls at the time, all of a sudden Air 1, 2 Bikes and 4 units came out of nowhere which is completely normal. Some of the officers were acting off orders from higher ups which it what is it is. But the fact that the Officer was not willing to let us have no moto which or even have moto drive through first person because our original plan got fucked because of the Bank Truck being scuffed in general, Most of the Officers were more confused why the commanding officer wasn’t giving letting us have the demand, He called off from the situation because he was angry that everyone wasn’t agreeing with him and left. We got the money into my pockets.
After leaving we got into the truck within 2 minutes of being in a chase, we got fucked by a local and flipped, (This vehicle was not what we wanted to be in because it wasn’t the original plan from what I said earlier, The guy who was in the truck was supposed to be on a swap but he was there because the bank truck was scuffed but he’s the only one who could get it working since he made the door fall off and it suddenly started working) they instantly went in for the arrest because they were commanded to. The cadets even think what happened was fucked
The Hostage made bullshit up saying we were involved with some shooting in the area, They weren’t giving us the chance for that and acting off someone’s word of mouth instead of evidence to claim it.
Result:
I’m not asking for the chase to be handed to us on a plate, I’m asking for fairness. Especially when something isn’t our fault. If command are doing this what are the cadets going to learn, especially when you preach from the first sentence I quoted from the application. I’ve also tried to report these situations in-game I’ve not heard 1 thing back from ANY of my complaints. (I’ve made multiple)
Out Of Character, these cops KNOW the bank truck is normally fucked so why take it out on us when we didn’t ask to be in that situation of it being fucked. If Cops complained about us doing something fucked there would be new rules in place to change this. Hopefully something of the sort can change for us.

I try to be open minded as I had a cop for a little bit. But the state of the police currently just is complete W-mentality. And a lot of it just can’t be reported to a Sgt.+ IC.
I’ll give some examples but I really don’t mean to be disrespectful. I absolutely love our staff that try to do the best for our community. Lamb (a dev, no disrespect I love you and your character) plays a cop and hasn’t played a crim in awhile so he is a little bias.
What Fuji mentioned. They don’t take scuff into account and actually take it as a W for them. I see this as power gaming or exploiting. They are using something that is game related and taking advantage of it.
Cops use more than needed to chase a person on foot. You shouldn’t have in SOPs that 5+ cops chasing someone giving them literally no chance of escape. I see this as W-mentality. The criminal should be given some chance of escape. Two and a mobile unit should be plenty to catch someone. This is no fault of the PD but just a rewritten rule for W-mentality.
Lack of rules for cops. SOPs tend to guide their reasonings but virtually no rules really target them except the generic and controversial LQRP rule.
Tires being shot out to aim for the W. I understand excessive swaps get annoying. But when someone’s car flips, and they have no choice but run they shouldn’t have their tires shot out right away. This is another thing that can’t be handled IC as it is W-mentality.
Another example is just a few things they do not value others lives. When someone’s breaking cuffs multiple times, give them a chance. Don’t hurt say they are doing their job
I love Echo cops and how they handle things. And I have is much respect for our staff that I would really want to join them. I love this server. It has amazing people. Please ask if you have any questions.

I appreciate your honesty, From my posts I’m not trying to “Call out” any Staff or Dev’s either, I just think there are cops in the force who take their attitude from the previous chase onto the next and take it out on people who have nothing to do with the previous chase but that’s what I’m guessing since it’s the vibe I’m getting from some of the situations, I think they’ve been trying their best as well. I just wish this could be dealt with :) Hopefully, we could see a change in this aspect!

In regards to the moto presence there, certain crime we as PD do not allow moto demand to be requested. It’s just SOPs.

We aren’t going to just let you go away because of that. If its broken, learn to roll with it. Shit happens, but we aren’t going to break immersion just because you couldn’t hit the bank truck.
Ghost locals suck, but legit there is nothing we can do. You shot at locals, took a hostage, and you expect us to just let up? Thats not how it works. There are very few exceptions, but expect things to possibly break and just have to roll with it.
If things broke on our end, would you stay around and let us continue the chase? They aren’t W cops, they are doing their jobs as cops.

We aren’t expecting you to hand it all on a plate to us, like I previously stated we should still acknowledge that it’s a game and also what it states in the application when you apply to become a police officer, All we wanted was a good roleplaying experience and we tried to deliver that. We waited 3 hours Of REAL TIME for this job to pop as everyone else does (Which that’s all the amount of some people get to have on the server) as we stated in the situation, we just want a fair chase, I give a fair chase. I always do, I wait for cops sometimes when they spin out the first 2 minutes into a chase.
I’m not expecting you to do anything about the ghost locals it is what it is. I’m not complaining about that but the fact it was less than 2 minutes into the chase is a little fucked, Like I said We love a fair chase. To say would I wait for that is a little ignorant to say, Since all I’ve done is tried to give a good roleplaying experience on both sides. Also before you say “It’s not all cops who do this” I’m not pointing out that all cops are w cops, I’m friends with a lot of them. But some let it down for others and the other cops can’t really have say in the matter because commands told them to do something else.
and I’m not just talking about this situation in general, I’ve been rammed off the road from a Command Vehicle because they’ve authorised pitting within 2 minutes of a chase when I haven’t even shown any threat or anything. (From a traffic stop)
I advise you to make a Crim character and play it for a month and if you haven’t I’d love to hear your standpoint on the matter at that point when you have.

most of that sounds like a report that can be handled through staff. the shooting thing can be handled IC by getting a lawyer
