Gang tax locations

Gangs should not be able to tax/have territory on major game mechanics like the money vans/pawn shop runs things like that where everyone has to go to make money. 

In my opinion I just think spots like that should be off limits for gangs since a lot of jobs give you loose notes or stacks/rolls of cash. I personally don’t think it is realistic for a gang to be able to taxi everyone in the city that does a money run just because they have their territory where the money van spot is. 

There is a gang that has their territory right on top of the money van spot and on multiple occasions I have seen them try to go up to a group of 3-4 people solo and try to either get them to pay taxes and or rob them. I have also seen this gang stop money vans out in the city to rob/tax them. I don’t think this spot should be able to be taxed let alone be gang territory since it is such a big game mechanic.
