Vehicule damage feedback

A lot of complaints have been made and I see the point of eveyone, but I believe the vehicule damages are too punitive.

Rolling a car around after a big jump and losing a wheel is all fair and square, it avoids crims to jump send their car into a 150 mph heel spin 360 kickflip, landing on the roof and rolling and just continue driving like if they hit a stop sign.

Nontheless, I feel like some adjustments needs to be done :

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lenght of stalls : Stalls seems to have a random duration. They are way too long for the longest ones, it feels like an eternity and that lenght doesn't bring anything to the RP :

- In Police chase, you'll stall on a pole, or a local car, but what's going to end up happening is you stalling, the cop kinda waiting to see if you're still running, and then you take off again. In that situation, the stall just put the scene in pause for 20 sec.
- In racing, you're going to stall (when a crash is already quite punitive in itself, knowing that missing a line can lose you some places and time in the snap of a finger) and wait there, in the middle of the road because you barely can move the car, get striked again and stalled again, and even if you don't, you're still way too far back to enjoy the rest of the race.
- In civ life, it doesn't even bring anything if you have long stalls, in the end you lose 30 sec on your journey to work at your legal job.

Stalls should have duration based on the strenght of the impact, that would only make sense that someone hitting somebody head on at 150mph has a longer stall that the random Joe hitting a local coming out of a tight 30 mph corner.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Conditions of the stall : The stalls have currently random durations, and it is even worst when you hit a local / pole at 20 mph and stall for a good 20 sec, or when you hit a local from behind (driving the same direction as you) at 50 when he's going 45 and still get the same long stall. The stalls are triggered way to easily and should be reserved for big impacts (small impact making damage to the car) :

For exemple
- You hit poles and cars but not in a huge crashes, your car registers the damage, you keep on hitting things, and at some point you get a bigger crash -> Your stall counts as 2, you get the long stall.
- You drive clean, not hitting too much poles etc, you get a big crash -> You get a short stall.

In total, you'd have the "right" to a certain amount of stalls caused by big crash, but also a limit on the small one represented by the damage of your car, short stalls being 1 or 2 seconds long (Just to let you know you have stalled and you car can only handle so much), long stalls being 4-5 sec (Enough to let cops catch up / get someone to overtake you in a race becuase you lost speed / make you think as a civ "Shit, I stalled")

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Losing wheel on rolling : As explained before, I'm all for it, but again their should be a graduation on the strenght of the situation.

Sometime, you'll drive in a corner, your inside wheels will drive over an elevated curb or sthg, and you'll roll and skid on your roof in a very smooth manor. Yet you lose your wheel, even if their was no strong impact or hit. I agree that losing a wheels after flying off a mountain and rolling is totally fair, but losing a wheels when doing a "smooth roll" is also way to punitive.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alternatives : If none of the 2 options above fits your opinion, a second option would be to have (instead of a stall that doesn't let you get back to 10 mph) a stall that limits the acceleration of the car to 70-80% of what she could do, letting you accelerate out of the place you stalled, but keeping you on limited power for 10 seconds.
