Vehicle harness last whole storm

Is there any way to make vehicle harnesses last the entire storm even when storing a vehicle and pulling it back out?

It’s not unusual for me to use up 2 harnesses a storm when storing/pulling out vehicles multiple times throughout a PD shift.
