Trick Or Treating pointless

As a fun seasonal event I just don't see the point currently:
- Locals will 2 shot you with a bat, or shoot you while you're frozen in place and can't do anything for half of the time it takes to kill you. by the time you've pulled out your own gun you're almost dead already. Why are locals attempting to murder trick or treaters? It makes no sense.
- Half of the doors say "nah get out of here", which means half of the places I visit are pointless.
- After a few buckets per restart, you get "you're too tired" - so can't even do the event until next restart.
- Vinewood / Vespucci and most Sandy Trailers are also "no one is here", so most places can't even support trick or treating.

Overall it just feels kinda unfun, not enjoyable as a thing to do with friends during nights. There's too many limitations and in my opinion dumb design choices... like why is there a skill check for looking in a filled bucket? You've already had to pass through multiple soft locks on how many buckets you can fill. It really feels like too many steps and blockers to partake in what's meant to be a fun event.

At least unfreeze the player before beating them to death.
