Gangs/groups not being able to tax cargo

Cargo is a civilian job its just delivering packages like if you worked at amazon. Police should know where this is and make sure no one is taxing people as this would happen irl. Plus they tried to tax me $3000 which is more then i wouldve made on that run aswell. Tax all the criminal spots all you want but cargo is the main way most people make money so theyre getting money from people before they even know what theyre gonna do with it. If theyre gonna cook meth tax the lab. If theyre collecting coca leaves tax for the field but cargo is a civ job and should be enforced as one. You dont see people taxing the parts guy theyre just being lazy and stealing from people at the exchange. Please protect our right to run our cargo runs its not a crim job unless you know, just like grocery run i still dont know what thats for but if thats what i wanna do then thats that.
