Support your players

After reading the announcement of the roll back for items I understand that it's simply not possible to refund the items lost. That being said 10 food and drink, a short range radio and a phone is barely even scratching the surface of time and long hours put into our life in the city. Is there not a way to send players a kick start in a payment towards characters accounts to help soften the blow of loosing everything they had? Some of us lost $100,000s in this roll back, not only in our accounts but also items lost. Especially with it being the holiday season. It's a blow to everyone. All I'm saying with not knowing what's been leaked and if bad code is still in, it would show good faith in your community to help everyone get back on their feet instead of starting from scratch again.
