Small Pawn Local Issue (Running Away)

When running your small pawn, there is a chance, that if you accidentally run into one of the locals that you need to sell too, that they will just run off and never return.

This in return results in your run not being able to be completed, thus losing out of the refund of money given by the local, who rents you the van, plus packaged goods, which you still have on you.

I don't know if you're able to sell those unsold packages on your next run, so I will try this out. However, I believe the small pawn locals, should act like those from big pawn, where they do not react so a little nudge.
