Slow PD bikes down

Suggestion: Slow PD bikes down.

Reason: They are reaching speeds of 160-180 catching everything for an off-road bike? The bike is built like a tank way too fast and too good against a car.

Additional context: A house robbery response with 2 bike cops against a car is just crazy. Its a loss loss situation because they just ramp over every wall taking primary in a chase as a bike unit and pitting with the bike imo is failRP but apparently its "an accident" although it wasn't just once

Bikes should only be used in a chase after a swap or when bikes are involved. You dont see bike cops chasing down faster cars IRL especially in the primary position
