Running loose notes through cargo

Suggestion Description:

Relate the value of the illegal currency to the quantity you can drop off in one delivery. I suggest the lower the currency is worth the more of it you'd be able to drop off at once (example: 25 notes at a time, 10 rolls at a time 8 stacks at a time, etc) for lower-value currencies, making the process more efficient. Of course there should be some variation rather than strict values but the point is there.

Reason:

Cleaning loose notes through cargo feels tedious, with minimal engagement beyond being taxed or risking police encounters (which don't even happen given that your not driving recklessly).
