Removal of Brandishing Calls
I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion. But, I really think brandishing calls need to be removed. They seem to be a little powerful.
For example, they can arrive to a bank way before the crims get a chance to get everything together in the bank. I remember when I was a cop, cops would say over radio "Just saw a brandishing at PAC [or Fleeca]. Robbery about to happen." This felt super powerful when I was a cop. I would've rather just gotten the silent alarm.
Another example is that cops get them when people are just taking photos for fun. People should be able to take cool pictures without the cops basically block pushing with 10 cops. It feels super unrealistic and unfun.
Cops even get them when you are in your house and when locals aren't even around so it makes no sense for the cops to get those calls. Once again, super unrealistic. I could be in a corner where there is no way that a local would see me.
It would also lower the amount of calls that cops get to keep their calls more to the important actually shooting and bank robberies.
I will finish, I understand the gunshots being reported but other than that, it seems like it's a little powerful. It's a fun mechanic for police to investigate but it does make it so crims can't have fun with Class 3's when they aren't shooting them and just want to take pictures and show them off. In real life, you wouldn't get a call every time (or even RNG, which is how it seems) when you bring out a gun.

I don’t think it should be completely removed If I’m being honest, but when you do it around locals that are in vision of you I think the locals should take a picture of you and call the police but if you kill them or knock them out it’ll cancel the call. If you are inside of a warehouse for example I don’t believe it should trigger a brandishing call or if you are in a location somewhere where no locals are, for example down an alley way for example.

I think what could make sense is adding a chance element to brandishing calls, based on time of day and how many locals are usually in a given area. In housing units and warehouses, this chance would simply be zero.
If that's not reasonably possible to implement, I would support just removing brandishing calls completely.

i'd have to disagree with this, maybe they could use a slight nerf in chance to call but a complete removal is overkill. i don't see how it is unrealistic when realistically if you see someone you don't know with a gun in their hand you're calling the police. removing it just makes holding up locals free and there's likely some cops that do like responding to them.

if anyone is pulls out thier gun to use it most likely they are either going to shoot or are going to mug a local and both of those already have calls. most of the time when people draw their gun at least from what i have seen they either just fat finger the button or are taking pics i don't think those should be called on.

I totally agree with this, It seems very strong. The city already has a very large police force which is fine but they should not have an early warning system for house robberies and other crime. You already picked the lock, disabled security, or even have to keep doing security disables at higher tier ones.
