Removal of Brandishing Calls

I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion. But, I really think brandishing calls need to be removed. They seem to be a little powerful.

1. For example, they can arrive to a bank way before the crims get a chance to get everything together in the bank. I remember when I was a cop, cops would say over radio "Just saw a brandishing at PAC [or Fleeca]. Robbery about to happen." This felt super powerful when I was a cop. I would've rather just gotten the silent alarm.

2. Another example is that cops get them when people are just taking photos for fun. People should be able to take cool pictures without the cops basically block pushing with 10 cops. It feels super unrealistic and unfun.

3. Cops even get them when you are in your house and when locals aren't even around so it makes no sense for the cops to get those calls. Once again, super unrealistic. I could be in a corner where there is no way that a local would see me.

4. It would also lower the amount of calls that cops get to keep their calls more to the important actually shooting and bank robberies.

I will finish, I understand the gunshots being reported but other than that, it seems like it's a little powerful. It's a fun mechanic for police to investigate but it does make it so crims can't have fun with Class 3's when they aren't shooting them and just want to take pictures and show them off. In real life, you wouldn't get a call every time (or even RNG, which is how it seems) when you bring out a gun.
