QOL for Lifers in Prison

New stashes for lifers
Currently in prison, there are a few stashes for lifers but DOC knows them all. It ruins the fun of doing some RP. I had a whole scene planned out with a phone but it was found immediately without me telling them where it is. It feels like Lifers dont get the fair shake down and I think new/ different spots would help improve RP for lifers.
