Police Dispatch in F1 Wheel

Using Dispatch in F1 wheel and clicking Respond on a call prevents other calls from showing up on screen until MDT is opened, defeating the functional purpose of the Dispatch tool.

Making this a Feedback post instead of Bug Report because the bug is apparently useful for some cops while running evidence, as dispatch calls show up and cover the evidence files on screen, making them difficult to clearly photograph otherwise, so I am proposing the tool be fixed, but another tool be added to replace the unintended function of preventing calls from showing up.
