PD Super Lag?

Just an observation over time. Any character I play thats NOT PD, seems to have such better response to server. everything from opening inventory to F1 Menu, to even pulling up your phone. Civ/crim is smooth and beautiful. But when im on PD character. MDT can take literal seconds to open, same with all other listed mechanics.

On top of that, i would have to assume its the PD job/status check. But man, sometimes when that pops off I stutter in city for nearly a full second. Its a pretty consistant stutter that doesn't happen on any other character. So thats why i assume its the PD job check thats doing it.

Obviously this could be some weird placebo thing but I feel as though it's very clear that my PD character has much more "lag" than any civ/crim. And this is something I have gotten used to but this has literally effected my ability to properly chase people.
