Not really giving criminals a chance when they have someone in cuffs.

I feel like cops are giving Low-Quality Roleplay when it comes to people getting sent locally up to the prison all the time, I feel like the criminals aren't given enough of a chance when the guy who's being arrested is locked inside the Police Department and Inside of Pillbox and we can't get them out without making some massive shootout and making it even worse. I'm not going to name-drop, but an Officer told me they aren't sending me up with DOC because somebody is waiting outside, If anything this is Low-Quality Roleplay at its finest.
