New Vault interior

New Map or MLO for the Pacific Standard Bank

Bring a new MLO for pac, after doing the heist and responding to it on cop the interior is just old a due for an update. While I think the heist is really cool doing just upper vault; doing lower was pretty underwhelming. The title of "The Lower Vault" seems like a huge end game heist with a lot of hard skill checks and possibly a passage way leading to the underground of the city to a huge vault laced with cash, gold bars, etc but when actually doing the heist its just another hallway off to the right of upper vault.
