Nerf player controlled dogs during combat

There is no format for a feedback post so I'm just gonna freestyle this.

As the title suggests I believe the player controlled dogs need to be nerfed or changes need to be made to make them less overpowered when they're being used in combat, as it stands I think they are ridiculously strong and apart from adopting your own player controlled dog, there is no counter to this, and I think with the rise of PD K9's now is an appropriate time to address it because I feel like it will get abused very easily very quickly.

I'm not sure how dogs work or what direction the server is moving with them but I think its a little unfair that at any given time they can quite literally open up their own door and run and bite at you.

And just like that, you're dead. There's absolutely nothing you can do, the second the dog gets a bite on you, you're stuck on the floor with no ability to do anything as he slowly mauls you to death.

When you realise how small and fast the dogs are combined with the fact I believe they have the exact same health and armour as a regular human/officer, you can start to see how overpowered this is and vision how this could potentially be abused a lot more than I think it is now.

To suggest potentially a few changes that can be implemented:

- Reduce dog health and armour by 50% or remove the ability for a dog to have armour plates in the first place

- Introduce a rule requiring dog handlers to instruct their dog's through voice commands before doing anything or dog handlers having to open the dog's door for them

- Introduce a handcuff style like minigame to wrestle with the dog as it's a similar concept, you get a chance to fight back before being done for

- Change the way dog's attack, instead of having one attack where you're instantly rendered dead meat, have one jumping attack which tackles the player and another which bites the player but doesn't permanently brick the player from doing anything whatsoever, like a stumble animation and 30% damage per bite

I will attach two videos of occasions where this has happened to me and you can watch them both and let me know your thoughts on this, open to hear feedback and different opinions because I may just be wrong who knows, thanks!
