Guns harder to get !

I feel like guns are very easy to come across throughout the city and brings down the value of firm rp interactions because everyone is quick to resort to shooting even if they had no real valid reason to. So I was thinking maybe we Should have a system in place similar to no pixels such as anyone and everyone throughout the city is Able to make and sell guns as long as they have the proper blueprints and materials that is required to create weapons. Also these blueprints should be somewhat sort of hard to come across as we don’t want the streets to be flooded with guns as It always leads to low value rp. I feel like this idea will definitely help separate the clicks throughout the city and will potentially force the gang rp to become 10x better as they can’t always just resort to shooting and will force them to think of more creative ideas to be big dogs throughout the city ! I believe it will help the rp level rise massively throughout the city as a whole especially for the PD.
