Personally with words with what we can and can’t say is kind of getting out of hand, I completely understand why most of these words are banned and cannot be said but asking the cops if they are bored results in a ban is a little excessive, It personally hasn’t happened to me but to someone who I know. At this point, I don’t know what we can or can’t say since to me asking something like this is completely normal since it happens in day to day life. I just think it’s getting a little out of hand because it just feels like more than half of the English language is getting banned at this point, Surely we all love shit talking during chases etc Cops do it to crims, crims do it to cops. It’s a mutual thing. like I said I understand why phrases and words are banned but I just think part of it is getting out of hand in general.

PinnedOur stance on this clear, we don’t intend on changing this. Simply follow the rules and you’ll be fine. You can speak your mind without getting banned, you’re just being dramatic with this post.

I know there’s a lot of people in the community who feels like they are walking on egg shells trying not to get banned because they don’t know what they can and can’t say at this point. Also to the admins, Please don’t take this as me trying to say you are doing a bad job or anything I just wish something would change in this aspect.

officers in real life can be bored and reach to give people tickets it’s a real thing. People get bored.. Just because it’s in a game and they are an officer doesn’t mean anything OOC? Criminals rob stores and houses out of boredom sometimes? It doesn’t mean they are bored of their character or anything OOC they are generally just bored at the moment and are reaching for something to do. To receive a ban for saying the phrase “you are bored” when an officer could be stacking charges and being a complete dick to me personally is outrageous

You claim to not be aware of what you can and can’t say, but this specific example you provided is in the rules:
There are plenty of people who manage to survive years on the server without a single ban. It’s not hard to follow rules.

You are right, It’s not hard to follow the rules. But adding a rule like that and call it OOC Terminology is a little far-fetched, It’s just like name-calling is that OOC Terminology? No it’s in character because we are roleplaying. If someone literally pulls someone over because they have Tinted windows they are clearly bored as a character to do something like that. My point is, I’m seeing people walk on eggshells doing this and I’ve not just had 1 or 2 people come up to say this but multiple.
Being over the top and excessively toxic is completely fair but this isn’t that deep to ban somebody over.

We believe it has OOC connotations, and many people agree with us on this. You have other words you can use to describe whatever it is you’re trying to.

If you truly believe someone is acting OOC about a conversation that’s completely fair but what about the rest of us who purely use these words In character which are in our day-to-day life in our vocabulary should they not be welcome in the community because they called someone’s actions weird? If someone was being completely disrespectful I’d understand but I think out of all the words “Weird” or “Strange” would be at the bottom of the list. Since it’s an In-character terminology If you are taking it to heart and getting offended by those words it’s not really showing that you are roleplaying a character because OOC you shouldn’t be offended by these things because you are roleplaying a character, Why would we experiment using other words if we are risked going to be into a ticket for it and possibly removed from the server, causing us to lose the stuff we’ve grinded months for.
Also, don’t take this as me coming out at you or not understanding the rules, I just want your standpoint on it.
