Hold gangs responsible for a higher lvl of RP
For the last 4 months, the server resembles more of a LQ Gang server than an RP server.
The majority of the gangs are doing the same META Ctrl + C Ctrl + V street gang with no personality, which leads to lazy RP. There is no roleplay aspect, only people hunting recognition and money in the server. Everyone rides around in Issi Sports or comets with combat pistols with minimal RP. To name-drop some crews that actually try to implement a personality into a gang and tries to keep a high lvl of RP, The Hippies, LOST MC, WOLF MC, and CBC all have personalities,Their members are encouraged to raise their levels of RP because of their gangs personalities.

I understand that it’s a “Gang” Discord but when you leave a gang you instantly get kicked from the server and have to be asked to rejoin, In those 2 weeks of not being in a gang there’s a good chance they’ll join another gang. It would be useful and better if everyone had access to the discord but only gangs can see their own channels etc. But we could suggest stuff and try and improve the gang aspect in general. We have to ask to be reinvited which is probably the reason why the suggestions are dying. We can’t request to improve something we can’t see the channel.
Also, the egos are way to high, If you breathe wrong you will end up in a war with someone who’s just war hungry. I feel like there isn’t much roleplay behind it. It’s more like oh you just hit your car into me and you're pissed about it even though it’s your fault. And when you explain to them it’s their fault there’s a whole shootout over the situation, I understand this is more of a report but it still happens even with Green Lit gangs. When situations should be just a talk over a meeting for example or something, add some roleplay into the shit you are doing instead of resulting to your gun because that’s all you know.

Agree 100% the reason MOST gangs are similar is because theres nothing forcing anyone to be together. Gangs get 10 guns a week theres no reason for them to interact with each other. The gang discord is pretty much dead with new ideas. Echo gangs have fundamentally been the same for the last 3 years infact they have LOST more then gained in that time.
You are cramming 25+ people into groups that focus on having META 5’s for wars. Echo wars just boil down into competitive Five M. The terms force it into that. Theres no real over lying story in echo from staff either. Nothing that pushes the city forward story wise meaning it boils down into Cop vs Crim server.
After teh civ update there really should be a overall health & GANG update

Gangs need some TLC aswell the reason why its a bunch of copy and paste is for 90% of gangs theres nothing they can do to be different or try to be. everyone does meth jobs and that becasue thats all they can

I stopped my lot from getting mats up at the lost camp to make meth, we struck a trade deal with the Lost to get meth from them instead.
That all added risk to our selling, we lost profit but gained interaction and links. Also, for me, it just felt wrong going up there and nicking all the stuff.
We then set about selling as a group and watching each others backs. Only issue is the selling is an absolute ballache, takes forever even if you split the gear down and go to decent areas.
We had a great system with runners, suppliers and watchers. It would work really well but you could be there an hour and not even clear 50 bags sometimes.
