High Risk Drug Sales

Drug Amounts that can be sold seem off.

I am unsure if there was a change to the high-risk drug sales, but a couple days ago I was able to sell anywhere upwards too 10 at a time. now today I have sold several hundred and rarely sell over 4 seems a lot slower and less productive than the neutral selling. have tested this after a couple storms and all seems to still be the same today.
