ghost locals

I was curious if anyone else Is experiencing ghost locals, and if there are any workarounds to fix it, because I'm not sure if it's just my frames dropping or if it's just a server wide issue.

It's happened in like 3 of my chases and just continued the role play out as if I crashed or whatever but it's incredibly frustrating.

I am assuming it's just a fivem deal but anything regarding a solution would be helpful!
