Gang Property

D8 screws over gangs when buying property.

I understand D8 is working on adjusting the prices and locations after a big natural disaster, but there needs to be more work and input from actual gang members who have to buy these properties.

To begin, turfs are inaccurately marked on the map and need to be adjusted. We are over spending by hundreds of thousands of dollars in an already inflated economy in an area that doesn't even make sense for our gang.

Regardless of the marked areas, it currently costs our gang $530k for a large warehouse and we don't even get to choose where we want it, technically. Our old main warehouse location is now unavailable for warehouse space because it's a "garage space." Realistically, can't every garage be turned into a warehouse and vis versa? We are paying over half a million for a location that is so inconvenient because it's our turf and we are limited to those properties.

Not only are we not able to get the locations we need so we can effectively defend and have a safe place where we all can wake up at (that isn't in the most inconvenient spot possible), but we have to deal with other people buying property on gang turf. Realistically, a civlian, police officer, or someone in another gang wouldn't ever buy property on a known gang block. You should value your life and property, and find a residential area that is not occupied by a gang.

On top of paying over half a million for our warehouse, we have to pay for smart locks so that everyone can have keys, and we have to buy everyone garage spots so they can have a place to park their car (without having to run a mile) and sleep.

This isn't just our gang that feels this way, I haven't found a single gang happy with the changes made by D8 and those involved with the changes. As stated by the administrators themselves, the tsunami did not change turf. Let gangs choose where they want their warehouses if the prices are going to be inflated, as well as limit others from buying on our turf.
