Gang initiation
At the moment gang initiation is at a very bad spot when it comes to ongoing beef. Especially when it comes to pushing a gangs block you pretty much have to send in a guy to just die because if u dont give "proper" initiation you just get revenge reported for poor initiation. When beef is going on for a while i feel like both parties already know why the other party is shooting them but when people lose they hide behind the rules of poor initiation.
How I would fix it would be to allow less of an initiation when the beef is ongoing because right now it feels like if you dont read someone a novel before initiating or youll get banned.

You also can use hostages, phone CALLs not texts even spinning the block a few times counts depending on how the beef is

"7.1 Expectations - Initiation
If you are actively in a war with someone and spinning each other often, and setting up the fights, we aren’t expecting any initiation unless stated otherwise in the agreed upon war terms.
If you are not currently at war, initiation must take place. This can take place in many forms such as, but not limited to the following;
Phone Call/Text (Must be stated that your group is planning to head down to the other gang’s turf with an expected time frame given with confirmation from the other gang.)
Face to face conversation (Can be two+ members of a gang or a messenger sent that is a third party liaison)

You could send anyone to handle the initiation for you, doesn't have to be 1 of the 5
