Easy SIM Card Changes (EVC Improvement)

SIM Cards right now are in a bad spot as sims for jobs that are hit way less like G6 and Vault last the same time as everything else but take way longer to access meaning most of the time your SIM will break before you ever even get to hit the job. EVC has also become almost irrelevant after the update which makes Crypto heists very underutilized.

Solutions:

1. Remove the time limit on SIMs. Instead have them last forever but keep the limited uses. Then adjust the amount of uses a jobs sim will have IE for bigger jobs like G6 and Vault a SIM only has 1-2 uses. Banktrucks 2-3 then fleecas/paleto's keep their same 3 uses.

2. Require an EVC activation cost for SIM cards that scales up based on Job difficulty. That means that when you go to use a SIM it costs EVC before you can activate it and Q for the job. IE Fleeca's cost 800 EVC for activation, Paleto's cost 1500, Bank trucks cost 1800, etc.
