Current State of Crime and PD interactions

It takes a lot for me actually want to say something like this but its been happening far too much to let slide. Its gonna spark up the same Cop vs Crim argument all over again but this isnt for that.

Recently the last 3 weeks of jobs PD interactions have been at an all time low for me. Instant tazing and cuffing bubble pitting a car 3 minutes in a chase and just cuffing as you climb out. Being told "Dont taze him anymore youve tazed him enough he might have a heart attack" Just to be spam tazed the second the first pick up car pulls up. If crims did a plan three minutes into a chase they would be banned. Cops can ram into you at 120 30 seconds in disable your car and when you say WTF they tell you sorry while they cuff you, It has repeatedly felt like all PD is doing is just chasing pings and ending everything as fast as they can so they can go the next one. Crims wait HOURS to do a job and no one enjoys waiting 4+hours to have a 2 minute chase then spend 40 minutes in jail. I understand PD has a job to do and they can do that job well while promoting decent RP for both sides. if PD has the units to chase then let the crims run for a bit, if the chase is just starting let them get in a car if they flip. Obviously if its a long chase or multiple swaps you should have less liberties with this. Cops get mad when crims do getaways that they cant chase but its starting to get to the point where most crims dont even want pd to have a chance at them out side of cars. This makes it so crims are doing more and more W plans meaning both sides suffer. Feels very W chasing oriented. Spam tazing and tackling

Also can we have flipping cars take less time, a new cuffing mechanic or make it so a third eye to cuff or something more consistent. With the UI lag from the server these last few months and how desyncy ive been never been cuffed more running away after tackle then these last few weeks. People are being cuffed running away on the other side of cars. LOWER how long it takes to place someone in a car even with coffee it stil is like 4 seconds.

Just some concerns ive had and that alot of other people in the community had. IC Cops should try to catch you but OOC it shouldnt be about ending it as fast as you can.
