Clicked up “gangs”
If you are new to the city, 95% of people want zero conversation, they drive around the city at 200 mph and haven’t seen one cop pull someone over for a ticket…if you try and ask someone for something but you haven’t been in the city for 6 months everyone and i mean everyone doesn’t want to talk…it’s a drag being new and the people who have been on the server for awhile are actively driving out new players because they wanna stand in a shop and talk to their friends for 8 hours. I’ve asked 5 cops for help and gotten short responses and no real answer because they want to over respond to big jobs. Not fun being new.

I used to legit give a tour around the city for new people! You definitely have just met some of the wrong people I guess. I can assure you there’s multiple people in here that would be very happy to help you out IC. There’s a lot to learn and explore and I promise it’s worth the effort. 🙂

When it comes to PD, we try to pull people over whenever we can. But sometimes we can't. If someone flies by us going 180+, and we are stationary, they will already be gone by the time we get up to speed.
When the cops not helping, I can't speak on that because that is not what they should be doing. I would always ask the PA in game to do a report on the officers.

I mean I really see this, As a correct statement. But my immediate response is, maybe you're not going to the right groups, There's plenty of groups in the city and as such each of their interactions vary massively, and yes a lot of them may just dismiss you, Won't speak for the Police, But they do have a PA department for a reason I suppose. But yeah, try looking for other groups out there, Not every group is a 'Gang' but there are plenty helpful ones out there if you look.

i agree, the most conversation i got out of people was at the car dealership...just a frustrating first day in the city and after a few hours going to various different areas in the city it just felt like if youre new your looked down upon lmao. im sure itll get better over time
