Clicked up “gangs”

If you are new to the city, 95% of people want zero conversation, they drive around the city at 200 mph and haven’t seen one cop pull someone over for a ticket…if you try and ask someone for something but you haven’t been in the city for 6 months everyone and i mean everyone doesn’t want to talk…it’s a drag being new and the people who have been on the server for awhile are actively driving out new players because they wanna stand in a shop and talk to their friends for 8 hours. I’ve asked 5 cops for help and gotten short responses and no real answer because they want to over respond to big jobs. Not fun being new.
