regulate these as they cut out so much RP. The amount of blacklisting and firing happening because of a tiny bit of conflict rp is very concerning. Seems like most people in a management position prefer to fire someone or blacklist someone instead of rp situations out. to me it is a cop out. we are here to role play. someone should not be permanently blacklisted from a place that is a one of business. I feel like the lack of civ conflict is very boring right now. also, firing people over petty things has gotten out of hand. it seems as if you bring the slightest bit of conflict rp within a business leads one to just get fired instead of some type of tiered discipline system. for example: one person was fired after addressing a concern to the company HR rep. that is lqrp to just fire them after zero talks/discipline prior.
