Ban Appeals
The ban appeal system honestly makes zero sense. You have cheaters exploiters and borderline racists coming back to echo before people who called staff childish in a public echo discord. Being removed from the community for almost a year over “staff disrespect” from of the most mellow general feed back is absolutely crazy.

People who have played echo for 2+ years no previous bans too. It actually make zero sense how people can interpret “staff disrespect” and you are exiled from the community for a year. Certain things should be punished more seriously but calling staff childish resulting in a perm ban first offense is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Happens all the time too

The staff here have all right to remove anyone they wish from the community if it feels like their behaviour is not a fit for how staff wants Echo to be. With regards to "cheaters exploiters and borderline racists" they have to go through a lengthy process to get unbanned and i can bet they are heavily monitored for actions representing their previous behaviour

Street, If you called staff childish and got perm banned over it you would be furious. Especially if after a year of appeals you kepts getting told no.

Something that could be a warning, or even a 2 week ban turned into 1 year because staff feels slighted is absolutely insane especially when it’s someone who has played every day for 2+ years and never been banned. So yeah they have the “right” to but it still doesn’t make it right.

Flawws I defend echo every chance I can, I’m ride or die echo. But saying “staff can act childish sometimes” shouldn’t be a perm ban or require an entire year of appeals to get back in. Especially when they have had no prior bans or warnings, played the server every day. Even more so when the comment wasn’t in the public echo discord or directed at any staff member.
I can’t see how the punishment is even remotely fair or balanced. It’s stuff like this that makes the entire community feel like bans have a bias and it’s about who you know that determines your punishment.

@Flawws the most minge shit lord arena players who provide no RP and constantly get 2 week and 30 day bans can stay but I can’t see how saying staff can act childish is a removal from the community after 2+ years of playing

I agree, we shouldnt be jerks. On the other side I think certain Bans are treated way to harshly for what they really are
