When car blows up, pushing is bugged

When your car blows up, pushing it is doing a weird thing and it doesn't really move like it use to (Due to missing wheel ?). Also, the push feature asks you to turn off the engine, which cannot be done since you can't enter a blown up car

Blow up the car

Try to push

Expected behaviour :

Push just like before | No message "Turn off the engine first"

Actual behaviour :

Pushing is doing nothing and shaking all over the place | Message "Turn of the engine first"
