Weed Plants create an invisible wall

Description:

When you plant some weed plants, they create a barrier thus not being able to get close enough to them to water them. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

Reason:

I don't know the reason for this suggestion. It's really frustrating and I have no idea how to fix the issue? I'd make a ticket and ask but I'll likely be pointed here.
