Weapon registery not working

Description: Try registering the weapon, it does not appear in the discord channel.

Reproduction steps:
1. Buy a weapon with a serial number
2. Be on duty
3. Register the weapon

Expected behaviour: to register the weapon in discord

Actual: Does not!
