Weapon not showing in HUD while in a vehicle

Description: One day was just patrolling when I had to take my weapon out which then I saw that whenever I take my weapon out it doesn't show my weapon in the hud

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Get in car

Step 2: Pull a weapon out

Step 3: See the weapon not showing in the hud

Expected behavior:

Whenever you take out your weapon you see the gun by your hud while in a vehicle

Actual behavior:

Whenever you take out your weapon you don't see the gun by your hud and see nothing at all as if you don't have a gun on your lap
