Wax Removed When Plate Change

When Wax is currently applied, it becomes removed after the vehicle plate is changed (similar to how stances used to be effected)

1. Put wax on vehicle
2. Drive around and car stay clean
3. Change the plate name
4. Wax is removed and car becomes dirty.

If possible can we change the way wax works is it detects by the vehicle ID instead of the plate?
