Warrant Time Limit

Suggestion Description:
Add a time limit to warrants in the MDT. As it stands, warrants stay out for an infinite period of time either until they're served or they're eventually deleted. My suggestion would be to add a default time limit of 14-30 days depending on severity of charges and have the option to set this when creating a warrant.

Reason:
Right now, warrants stay out forever no matter their severity or how old they are. This leaves a lot of warrants stuck on the MDT even if the person doesn't play anymore or hasn't played in a while. Some warrants do not need to last more than a week or two, especially ones that are less than 30 months in prison. Having the option to extend or shorten a warrant's lifespan would cover edge cases like HUT warrants or questioning warrants.
