Warehouse Heist

A mini heist where you rob a warehouse.

the job would require thermite to get through the front door, the interior would be a LG warehouse set up like a shipping center. Armed guards inside. Inside you need crowbars to open the crates and inside them you can get bulk House robbery items, jewelry, car parts and Crypto sticks.

Make the total pay 8-10k a person and make the cooldown 2 hours. Have it so 5 minutes after the thermite PD gets a call.

Make the job 3-4 crims

Some variations to these warehouses is every once and a while you could get a weed farm, or maybe a server room in which has more specialized loot. These warehouses can be placed pretty much anywhere on the map.
