Walter White Van (Additional Criminal Vehicle Utility)

Description
Vehicle upgrade to add third eye interactable for unlocked vehicle (RV, Camper, Box truck) that allows the crafting of various substances (like meth).

Reason
Currently, producing illicit substances is only possible in certain locations (afaik). While obviously intentional, the idea of having a mobile production could create more opportunity for police intervention in the actual processing, as well as offering crims a goal (financially) to work toward to avoid hot areas.

Additional Context
One of the most fun experiences I had on a roleplay server (Arma 3) was the ability to setup shop with a meth lab anywhere. With the added risk of an explosion if the recipe is not followed correctly, as well as other more interactive methods of production lead to lower quality items.
