VPD Projector Error

Description: The projectors at VPD will sometimes just be black screens and will not allow you to interact with them. This only happens to some people, though. It will work fine for others.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Unsure of exact steps, but the one time it happened to me was when I logged in right next to it in the meeting room
