VPD no longer has Audio Occlusion

Description: VPD no longer has Audio Occlusion as I can hear people in other rooms and other floors above and below me

Recreation Steps:
1. Go to any floor on VPD
2. Just liscen

Expected behaviour: Only hear things in the room you are in

What is actually happening: I can hear people 3 floors below me in the lobby as seen in the video below:
