VPD Elevator leads to floor not loading

Description: Currently at VPD, when you go to any floor through the elevators, when you arrive at said floor, it leads into the void like that floor hasn't loaded for you. In order to fix, you have to step out of the elevator, go back in and the floor will load. Not sure what causes this, but it can be a pain when you need to switch floors to grab supplies in a pinch to respond to a call quickly. Something we've had in the past but was fixed at one point

Reproduction Steps:

1. Start on a floor like -1 or -3

2. Go to a different floor (Pretty much any of them)

3. You see the void outside of elevator

4. Walk out of elevator into void for a moment

5. Walk back into elevator for floor to load

Expected Behavior: Expecting when you transition to a different floor via the elevator, the floor would automatically load for you when you run/walk out of the elevator

Actual Behavior: Floor doesn't load at first, have to step out of elevator, then back in again for floor to fully load
