Von Crastenburg Room Locks

I rented room 621 at the Von Crastenburg. There is no E prompt for any of the doors on this side of the hallway. Friend has room on other side and it works for her. Another friend got room next to mine and has same issue as me. Stash works fine. Just no locks on the entry door.
