Voice sound cuts-off bug

Description: Start having conversation with your friends as normal, all of a sudden you can't hear them and they can't hear you (Active voice icon doesn't even turn green). This goes for about 20-30 seconds, then goes back to normal, and happens a few times through out conversation.

There are many players with the same issue on discussion and support sections of the discord, none of them have received any responses or help fixing this issue.

This is a very bad problem, which is why I tagged it with High Priority. It is causing a lot of RP issues for myself and other players. Making other people think we are ignoring them/avoiding Roleplay.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start talking to anyone
2. Mid conversation Voice sound cuts-off and can't speak
3. 20-30 seconds pass
4. Back to being able to hear. The usual sentence "Can you hear me now?"

Expected Behavior:
Hit push to talk, have conversation without any issues.

Actual Behavior:
Exactly as described in description above. Other players are having the same issue.
