Voice sound cuts-off bug
Description: Start having conversation with your friends as normal, all of a sudden you can't hear them and they can't hear you (Active voice icon doesn't even turn green). This goes for about 20-30 seconds, then goes back to normal, and happens a few times through out conversation.
There are many players with the same issue on discussion and support sections of the discord, none of them have received any responses or help fixing this issue.
This is a very bad problem, which is why I tagged it with High Priority. It is causing a lot of RP issues for myself and other players. Making other people think we are ignoring them/avoiding Roleplay.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Start talking to anyone
2. Mid conversation Voice sound cuts-off and can't speak
3. 20-30 seconds pass
4. Back to being able to hear. The usual sentence "Can you hear me now?"
Expected Behavior:
Hit push to talk, have conversation without any issues.
Actual Behavior:
Exactly as described in description above. Other players are having the same issue.

PinnedWe have made script changes to our VOIP script, and deployed an external Mumble server responsible for handling everything voice related. Hopefully, relieving the game server of such responsibilities should help improve gameplay experience slightly. You should hear a difference in the quality, clarity and connection with this change because the Mumble server is on an entirely separate instance designed purely for VOIP.
Please note that with these changes it is possible new bugs may arise.

many people are facing the same issue again holding down the push to talk doesnt let me speak tried everything on my side

The same issue is happening all over again with me, earlier today I wasn't able to hear or speak to anyone in-game, the voice icon doesn't even highlight when I press the push-to-talk button.

Sometimes the voice button just gets stuck and constantly is highlighted blue even though I have released it, it does not let you transmit your voice though. Also high ping spikes.

this is probably just ui lag, enable the ui lag option in fivem's settings at the main menu
