Vin Bid system

Whenever a person places a Bid, the time continues and does not restart.

It has a loophole where a person can place a bid when remaining time is 3-5secs. And others won't be able to place a bid.

Instead of this, the time limit shall increase by sometime (assume 5mins) so that others can Bid and there can be more fun to it.
