Video & Sound Or New App

Suggestion:

Not a major one, but would be nice if the instagram app could play short length videos and have sound playable.

Or a new app similar to like tiktok.

Opens up new opportunities for role-playing, including vlogging, news outlets, live streams etc.

Imagine someone live streaming a chase from the Pov of passenger seat and stuff or like someone recording skits, or even would be grewt for weazel news workers.

Could add some sort of incentive such as a creator fund where top creators who have most weekly likes/views or something could get a payout boost into their paycheck etc.
